Return Policy
Customized Products:
All sales of customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for correctly made custom products. However, if a customized item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (for example, a wrong size or print error), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for eligible cases.
Non-Customized Products:
For ready-to-buy (non-customized) items, returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Products that are worn, washed, or missing tags cannot be returned. Clearance, sale, or final-sale items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or damage during transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all other cases.
Return Process:
To request a return, please email our support team at admin@vevastore.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the issue. If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- All returns must be pre-approved by our support team before shipping the item back.
- Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.
- We do not offer returns or refunds for customized items that match your approved order specifications.
Legal Requirements:
