Return Policy

Customized Products:
All sales of customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective, arrives damaged, or is incorrect due to our error. Please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt, providing your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate for defective or incorrect orders.

Non-Customized Products:
Non-customized items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, stained, or missing tags cannot be returned. Clearance, sale, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. This means you must cover the cost of shipping the item back from your own funds. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged item.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, email our support team with your order number, reason for returning, and proof of purchase. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Important Notes:

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • All returns must be pre-approved by our support team before shipping any item back.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Legal Requirements:
By law, all customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described—regardless of product type. This policy ensures fair and transparent practices for all orders.
